This is the same, highly-successful Camp Millie basic training on how to win an election.  This year, each event will have a theme, and the training program will include messaging relating to that progressive issue. The first of these themed trainings will be held May 30-31, 2009 in Warren.

Who is Millie? Camp Millie is named in honor of our late Justice Caucus Board Member, Millie Jeffrey. In her 93 years, Millie was a champion of social and economic justice for workers, women and minorities. Co-founder of the National Women’s Political Caucus and revered by progressive activists nationwide, Millie received the Presidential Medal of Freedom from President Bill Clinton in 2000.
